I haven't really drawn anything in about two months, or rather, ever since I finished working on that short samurai animation with my friends. I was too burnt out from working on G-Force to really put any effort into drawing.
So around the time that the project was coming to a close I started forcing myself to sketch some things, and of course I started drawing some characters of mine in bikinis and other revealing outfits. This was created by taking two separate sketches and compositing them together in Photoshop, tweaking the poses to work a little better. I decided early on I wanted an overcast sky and some nice rocks, so I took my rough sketch into Painter and found some reference photos on Google to paint the water and rocks. Then I inked the characters in Manga Studio. Finished painting in Painter and then did final lighting and tweaks in Photoshop.

I may want to go back to this though and tighten up details on the rocks and the ocean, but for now I'm pretty satisfied with this one for now. I even uploaded it in Wallpaper size (based on my screen resolution)

I hope they don't fall.

But seriously I do like the light source. It's very soft but subtle on them. You can tell it's a murky day by it.

I based it on some of the rocky beaches I've been to here in Cali... admittedly, I tried to pump it up a little more for dramatic reasons. The thing I'm worried about for them is how cold they are. Maybe it's just warm and humid?
