I've always liked this character, and so I did a sketch of her during class recently. Inked it in Manga Studio EX, then I colored it using Painter and Photoshop.
I've been in a really nasty funk recently and haven't been drawing a lot... hoping to change that trend, though.
uhm... the character is from Capcom's Mega Man Legends (or Rockman Dash, if you prefer that name).
